Michele Nowlen

Michelle is a certified dental assistant and has been working with Dr. Thurm for 15 years. Michelle’s duties include assisting Dr. Thurm chairside, taking radiographs, managing supplies, equipment, and all patient needs. Michele is also a key assistant in the treatment of Dr. Thurm’s patients who are placed under anesthesia. Michele is certified in CPR and is extremely comforting and caring with Dr. Thurm’s most nervous patients.

Maria Montes

Maria is a licensed dental assistant and has been helping Dr. Thurm for 18 years. Maria is originally from Puerto Rico and is fluent in Spanish. She’s responsible for taking radiographs of patients, and assisting Dr. Thurm chairside. Maria is outgoing and friendly and usually puts even the most nervous individuals at ease. Maria is extremely involved with the healing of individuals under general anesthesia. Maria is certified in CPR.

Karen

Karen earned her Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification from Montgomery Hospital, and her nursing degree from Jefferson Hospital. She has worked for 20 years in hospital surgical anesthesia care throughout Southern New Jersey. Karen's experience in out-patient office anesthesia has resulted in the safe and effective delivery for Dr.Thurm's patients since 2015.
